  • What are the exact dates and times?
    The event runs from April 9–11 in Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas. VIP activities begin Thursday evening. The main programming runs all day Friday and Saturday, with evening dinners on both the VIP night and Saturday.
  • Where should I fly into and stay?
    Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) and Dallas Love Field (DAL) are both convenient options. After you register, we’ll share a recommended hotel list and an area guide so you can choose what fits you best.
  • Can I come alone?
    Absolutely. Most women do. The room is intentionally curated so you feel welcome, not like you’re crashing someone else’s friend group.
  • What is the refund policy?
    Because of the intimate nature of this event and the upfront costs of venue, food, and gifting, tickets are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another qualified attendee by April 1st, 2026 with our approval.
  • Do I need to be at a certain income level to attend?
    No. We are designing this room for women who are already in motion. If you’re earlier in your journey but feel strongly this is your room, reach out and we’ll help you decide.
  • Will there be dietary options?
    Yes. We’re happy to accommodate common dietary needs as long as you indicate them on your intake form after registration.
